Mine is very sensibly staying in bud! been quite cold at night this last week

Mine has finally made it a month late!

Also about to flower is Buddleja loricata, one of those plants you wish didn't bother opening its flowers which are a sort of dirty white colour, but it is a nice shrub in bud!!
