As you can see this Bignonia Dragon Lady is just a baby (thanks to Rod and Mary White) compared with the straight species the flowering time is greatly extended (Good colour too)

I am fond of this more because of who gave it to me rather than it being a favourite plant, the late Hilda Davey had a fabulous garden in Feock called Polgwynne, I am happy to report the garden continues to be cared for under the new owners.

No Browni points for the first! Although lovely Hippeastrum are embarrassingly easy :)

But the next three!! how cool is that your own seedling magnolia flowering (hopefully what you were expecting it to look like?)

Not sure where I could put a fern like that (doesn't stop me wanting one)

Lovely Bomarea, I will wait to get excited until after you have tested it outside! Going by "Not pardina" which struggled for three years then died outside

The Cestrum show is well under way this year, stays in flower to around Christmas

This Abutilon grows with it, unfortunate colour combo but I have learned to like it! as both plants are happy

The Tropaeolum in pots in a tunnel are doing well again this year, tricolor is for me a star and I had previously been not that impressed with pentaphylla but have to admit that up close the flowers are attractive

A lot of Clivia seedlings going for it this year - nothing wildly exciting so far, but a couple of good flower shapes.

After a couple of years, Ourisia coccinea is finally worth the space it occupies. Still looking for the pink one, and the fabled white!

Not perhaps the floral display of the other members of the climbing hydrangea family but I think Decumaria sinensis is a good evergreen close clinging climber that covers without overwhelming
