I think they are fantastic - architectural and dramatic. A large drift of them in a big space would be so impressive. I had a palm-focused client whose 12 acre garden was more like parkland and tried hard to persuade him to plant groups of trachies, butia, jubaea interspersed with drifts of pampas. He couldn't get past the swinger connotations are the opportunity was missed. And he ended up mixing up the palms so everything was everywhere, which was a shame.

Not sure what they were made from, we do a plant sale at a place called Quenington, Lucy the owner is into her art!

Umm,

Those look suspiciously like Acacia seedlings with even bipinnate leaves.

Cascabela thevetia should have simple lanceolate leaves.

Grow them on, they may change leaf shape as they get bigger, but not to Cascabela!
