All in one day

Paid a visit to my mum over the Christmas, was amazed at how the weather kept changing, walked the dog first thing and it was clear and frosty (not seen any of that at home)

Why is it that I can look at the scene above and think to take its picture but at home I would be reaching for the lawn mower?

Yesterday back home it was so nice the bees were active, the less said about today (New Years Day) the better, still days are getting longer now.
