BTW, with the Sonchus acaulis flowering I had a bit of a Canarian corner going on with Digitalis canariensis just starting as the sonchus was going over :)

Love your Canarian corner. I have a Mexican 'bed', all Canna, Dahlia and Salvia.
It is indeed Erythrina crista-galli. Flowering well in the tunnel, but it has rooted through its 80L pot and is getting too big.
It will have to be dug out after it has flowered.
A small tree next, and in flower now.

Hoheria populnea?
I've not grown it but I have grown Hoheria angustifolia in the past. The leaves in your picture don't look to be narrow enough for that species?

Well you agree on family, and possibly genus
It was Hydrangea aspera 'Bellevue'.
Now the next one was here when I arrived so I'm uncertain what species or hybrid it is, so I'll only ask for genus [and if anyone is confident on species I can learn something]. Again a shrub.

Psidium?
The colour of the anthers doesn't look quite right but the leaves and flower shape do remind me of a Guava tree.
