Your Mangave look pristine. I have succeeded in killing every single one of the many different varieties I have tried. The ones that scraped through winter in the cold frame were reduced to a couple of leaves, and they were soon polished off by slugs and snails.
They've done quite well all in all, they go into a cold draughty shed with a perspex roof over winter and have been happy over the past three winters.

Haha! Very clever and effective. Looking at the tiny images on my phone, I thought they were Euphorbias :roll:

Can I ask what the plant in the foreground of the last picture is please, the one that looks like some sort of Schefflera?

It is a Schefflera bought as aff. taiwaniana, but it's not that species as the leaves are much much larger. I don't think it has been properly identified yet.
