Treasure Trove would normally be in flower by now but it is a big rose so may still be establishing

I would be impressed with Rambling Rector rather than disappointed in Treasure Trove.
As you know they flower on old wood and the growth it came with will be a shadow of what it can produce in a year now it is in the ground.
Treasure Trove is a bit of a beast and will happily make 50ft.
They take a few years to get 'in balance', and any flowers in the first few years should be seen as a bonus and not as indication of how it will behave once established.
