Some species Clematis first flowers

Clematis are a bit promiscuous so you are never absolutely sure what you are going to get, a couple of plants flowering here for the first time caught my eye

Clematis texensis has just come into flower, I am looking forward to doing some hybridizing with this once I can scale back work, it produces such pretty offspring
