Re: Cypripedium Pueblo
I have never tried to grow it but it has caught my eye a few times over the years mostly it seemed to be planted in what I would regard shaded corners of buildings, ie good overhead light but no mid day sun. lovely looking thing, it also looked to be given its own space so no competition with thugs. Anyway hopefully someone else will actually be growing it :)

Re: Cypripedium Pueblo
I was given the following site info on another forum by a German grower.
http://www.orchideen-im-garten.de/Pflegetipps-Intro.php
Translate the page to English (it translates well enough to make sense) and then navigate through the care menu in the left hand column.

Charlie, thanks for the information regarding competition, I wasn't aware of that.
LONGK thanks for the link, unfortunately my google translater refuses to translate it! Ooooooh the wonders of modern technology.   However I did manage to pick up some information, and the pictures were nice. :D
Any one interested in Orchids could do worse than go onto Growing on the edge site and look at the Japanese Orchid show post.
